raised the price range for its planned initial public offering on Tuesday to $33 to $35 from a previous range of $26 to $29. In a regulatory filing, the company reiterated its plan to offer 7 million shares, and would raise $238 million at the midpoint of that range. The company is planning to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ESTC”. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Barclays, RBC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Jefferies and Cannacord Genuity are underwriters on the deal.
